Simple Beautifully Celebrated Card

Welcome to my first blog post. My name is Caroline. I am a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator. I live in North Somerset with my husband, Steven, and our dog Rebel. No doubt you will hear more about us over the coming weeks.

I am hoping to bring you a post twice a week on a Monday and a Thursday.

For this card I kept things very simple as I wanted the paper to be the focus.

Calypso Coral cardstock 8 1/2″ x 5 7/8″ folded in half.

Front Layer – Lovely and Beautiful DSP 5 5/8″ x 3 7/8″

Sentiment

Calypso Coral Cardstock 3″ x 1 1/4″

Basic White Cardstock 2 3/4″ x 1″

The sentiment was stamped in the centre of the Basic White cardstock in Calypso Coral ink, and then the patterm stamped along the edge in Fresh Fressia ink

Inside layer – Basic White cardstock 5 5/8″ x 3 7/8″.

I stamped the pattern round the outside of the Basic White Cardstock with Fresh Freesia ink.

For the envelope I used a strip of the Lovely and Beautiful paper along the left edge.
